This is the original thread of my paint colour post, as created by me (Razorjack). You'll find this list spread across the internet - a quick google has found a number of sites and forums that have copied it directly from the posts below (most of which didn't ask first, some of which have passed off as their own work - bit disheartening when it took so long to complete!). However, not all of these sites are up to date, accurate, or include the full information. As this is the only place that I have posted this list, its the only place that I can update it - so bear that in mind if you've found a similar list on another site.

Opel/Vauxhall Colour Chart (1991-2001)
I've just finished collating ten years worth of color charts (by "charts" think "lists" - they don't have colour samples on so don't ask!!) for Opel/Vauxhall - this may come in handy for people deciding on a colour, or needing to know exactly what paint to get for a respray/touch up.
The list in the following post displays the Opel Code / Vauxhall Code : Paint Name (Years in Charts). If there is more than one code, I've separated it with a comma. Some names are in German but I've tried to use the English ones wherever possible, and bear in mind it seems some paints were renamed at times (e.g. Flame Red = Magma Red). The date tagged on the end merely shows what year charts the paint is on to give a rough indication as to what year the paints were used (although don't take this as gospel, its probably not particularly accurate).

This example shows Opel Code 489 / Vauxhall Code 68L = Champagne Metallic; which was most likely used from 1996 onwards.
